Privates are under a trial period to see if they can keep up with the clan. until a private proves himself can he be promoted.

Sergeant
A Sergeant has his spot secured in the clan. Sergeants usually participate in clan battles and other clan events..
Lieutenant
Lieutenants discuss and analyze ideas and strategies with Generals and Brigadiers. They observe attendance and progress of lower ranks and must enforce the clan rules.
General
A General can schedule events of any sort. They enforce rules and strategies discussed in meetings. They can promote and demote members from clan ranks. Generals can remove and add members to the clan. A General is required in order to have an official clan battle.
